Lego + Lego Marvel Super Heroes

There are always Lego laying around somewhere at our place as Isaac just loves to build different vehicles, monsters, robots, spaceships or tower defence layouts.

Now this new one is actually a multi purpose engine with tons of fire power, complicated controls and laser beams. After doing it he asked me to take a picture of it, which I did without any hesitation! You should have heard him explaining it all to me... amazing!

And here's a better look at some of the highly anticipated new Lego Marvel Super Heroes sets coming out April 10th!

Meanwhile, at the Hall of Justice...

Batman's arch enemies have taken over the Hall of Justice. The Dark Knight had no choice but to call in friends to help him fight the good fight. Azrael, Aquaman, Hawkman, Blue Beetle, Flash, Superman, Wonder Woman and others joined in.

Will they save the Hall of Justice?

FullyJointedPlayFigures.com

A little over two years ago, my son and I decided to start a little blog dedicated to one of our passion... action figures.

I seriously never imagined that it would become what it is today. We've got some great comments, emails and links from readers about the blog. We made some new friends and fellow collectors. We found some amazing figures online, toy stores, flea market, conventions, garage sale...

But most importantly it created an ever closer bound with the love of my life, my son Isaac.

I am now proud to say that I finally registered a .com url for the site! Don't worry, it is still hosted on Blogger and the .com is used to redirect everyone here.

Thank you -

Lego DC Super Heroes

Oh, Look at what we just found! The Lego Super Heroes Batmobile and The Two-Face Chase (#6864). This is a great set that contains 531 pieces and comes with 5 minifigures: Batman, Two-Face, 2 henchmen and a guard.

The Batmobile is really nice but rather small. It features dual flick missiles and measures over 9" long. Two-Face's car features dual flick missiles, shooting function and lifting crane and measures over 4". We really like the new Two-Face. The bank is nice and would fit perfectly with any Lego City set.

Now all we're missing is the Joker Funhouse.

Lego DC Super Heroes

So we found the Lego DC Universe Super Heroes Batcave (#6860). I saw it advertise on the new Toys R US flyer so the same night we went out to get it. Lucky for us there was only one left. We saw it all the other way across the store and ran to get it! AHhHAhHahHA!

This amazing set contains 689 pieces and comes with 5 minifigures: Bruce Wayne, Batman, Robin, Poison Ivy and Bane. We are so happy to finally own Bane as a Lego!

The set features the Batcave, Bane's drill tank, Batcycle, handcuffs, binoculars and 2 weapons and it is about 8" long. Overall the Batman is nicely build and has some cool features. The Batcycle is probably my favourite item.

Ben 10!

While shopping around for anything but toys we found this amazing Ben 10 HyperAlien Ultimate Aggregor. This is a great looking action figure.

Aggregor is an Osmosian warlord. His main objective is to get to the Forge of Creation and absorb the powers of a baby Celestialsapien (which he refers to as the "Ultimate Prize") so he can become omnipotent.

Ultimate Aggregor's powers allowed him to travel through space unassisted, meaning he didn't require his ship anymore.

Iron Man 2

For the past few weeks, Isaac has been asking me for the Iron Man 2 video game on the PS3. It was on special for we got it.... maybe we shouldn't have.

Seriously what has happened to Sega? Maybe its because we are spoiled with the amazing Batman Arkham games but this Iron Man 2 game is just awful. Sad...

While doing the groceries, I got Isaac the small yet very cool Lego Ninjago Ninja Training Outpost set (#2516). This 45 pieces set comes with one black Ninjago mini figures and cool accessories.

And while we are talking about Lego, here's a very first look at the amazing Lego Marvel X-Men set of Wolverine, Magneto and Deadpool! Sorry but I don't remember from which site I got these two images.

Lego DC Super Heroes & Lego Marvel Avengers!

The last Lego DC Super Heroes set we found was the Batwing Battle Over Gotham City (#6863). This very cool set comes with 3 mini figures; Batman, The Joker and henchman. Joker is actually different from the one released years ago. Isaac and I actually find the new one better looker and meaner. The henchman is also very cool looking.

The Batwing fires 2 missiles and release a bomb. The wings can also open themselves. The Joker helicopter is very nice. It can fire 4 missiles, has a rope ladder and a super toxic laughing gas bomb. The set has 278 pieces and like all sets, comes with a comic book.

The New York Toy Fair was held last weekend. Official photos of the Lego Avengers were released! The much anticipated film is coming into theaters on May 4, 2012.

Lego DC Super Heroes

Another set we got was Lego Super Heroes Catwoman Catcycle City Chase (#6858). This is the smallest set in the collection. It comes with two mini figures, Batman and Catwoman.

Its a cool set that includes 89 pieces. My favourite is probably Catwoman's motorbike.

Lego DC Super Heroes

After half a year of waiting for them, I finally saw online that the Lego Super Heroes were released in store. The next morning, Isaac and I jumped into the car and went around to find them. Nothing at Toys R US and most other stores but then we found them at a Wal-Mart.

The Lego Super Heroes Superman Vs Power Armor Lex (#6862) is simply awesome! It comes with three minifigures: Superman, Wonder Woman and Lex Luthor. Luthor has a kryptonite robot and kryptonite gun which stands about 5" tall. Its great and fully articulated.

All three figures looks cool but Wonder Woman our personal favourite.

Flea Market Hunting : Star Wars

Last summer during our last trip at the flea market we found the original Star Wars action figure of Bossk released by Kenner. Sadly while playing with it, one hard broke hence why it was never mentioned here. Well now thanks to our loving friend, crazy glue, Bossk is fixed and ready to fight!

Star Wars vs. Kaiju Monsters

Jabba the Hutt and his clan were slowly taking over the galaxy so the Empire hired Boba Fett and his Mandalorians army to hunt them down.

Things got messy when the Rancor was unleashed... but actually got worse for all Star Wars characters when Godzilla, King Kong, MechaGodzilla and Rodan decided to join the battle!
